Influence and Persuasion

Our Influence and Persuasion course, a half or day course, is available for large groups in a seminar style setting or smaller groups of under 10 where the sessions have a more hands-on element to them. Types of clients who regularly attend these courses include lawyers, business managers and support staff.

The course explores the subtle techniques of split-second and long-term persuasion and influence. Course attendees learn how to tip the scales in their favour during business dealings – from clearly establishing messages to ensuring ideas get pushed over the line.

It teaches how to demonstrate confidence and gravitas in different situations and how to create a positive and memorable first impression. There are tips on how to influence and persuade others – individuals and teams of people – even in the face of resistance to new ideas.
